About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Analyst to support strategic growth initiatives into 2026. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on supporting the implementation of Planful and driving insights across the full P&L.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage full P&L analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business decision-making
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership
- Support recurring financial reporting and ad hoc analysis for executive stakeholders
- Lead development and maintenance of three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a closely related role
- Strong understanding of full P&L ownership
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Proven experience in three-statement modeling
- Hands-on experience with Planful (implementation and/or optimization)
Salary : $40 - $50
