Senior AV Engineer

Day to Day:

• Design and implement A/V solutions that align with architectural and operational standards.
• Configure and optimize Teams Rooms, DSPs, control systems, cameras, and associated peripherals. Maintain accurate asset inventories, configuration records, and change management documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis for complex issues and deliver advanced troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to validate designs against performance metrics and user experience feedback.
• Work closely with IT and Networking teams to ensure A/V systems comply with security, bandwidth, and QoS requirements.
• Support lifecycle management, including refresh planning and firmware updates.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and technicians to strengthen internal expertise and cross-functional capabilities.

Must haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Audio Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of A/V engineering experience in large-scale or healthcare environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Yealink/Cisco platforms, and Crestron/Extron systems.
• Valid Drivers License

Plusses:

• Healthcare Background
• CTS, CTS-I, or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $41.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
