Our client is seeking a successful A/V Engineer that will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and operational optimization of audiovisual technologies across their enterprise environment. This role will act as the technical bridge between system architecture and operational support, ensuring that A/V designs are translated into reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement A/V designs and ensure installations meet architectural and operational standards.
- Configure Teams Rooms, DSPs, control processors, cameras, and room peripherals.
- Develop and maintain asset inventories, configuration databases, and change management documentation.
- Lead root cause analysis for escalated issues and provide advanced troubleshooting support.
- Mentor engineers and technicians, building internal skill capacity and cross-functional readiness.
- Partner with architects and analysts to validate designs against performance KPIs and user feedback.
- Collaborate with IT and Networking to ensure A/V solutions meet security, bandwidth, and QoS requirements.
- Support lifecycle planning, refresh cycles, and firmware management.
