Position: Engineering Project Analyst
12-month Contract to Hire
Pay Range: $30-$40/hr
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in recruitment processes and candidate tracking is preferred

Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking an Engineering Analyst to join one of our large defense customers 5-days onsite in the St. Louis, MO area. The Analyst plays a key role in supporting workforce planning, staffing activities, and operational excellence within the engineering organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to facilitate resume reviews, track candidate progress, support interview coordination, and maintain accurate staffing documentation. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, as the role helps ensure alignment across multiple functions and supports a smooth hiring and onboarding experience. Beyond staffing coordination, this position also serves as a support partner to the Engineering organization by helping drive structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Compensation: $30/hr to $40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
