Job Description:
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Project Manager to support capacity projects within its gas turbine division. This role focuses on project controls and coordination, working closely with the Business Project Manager to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain project schedules and milestones using Microsoft Project.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date project records.
- Identify and mitigate project risks as they arise.
- Schedule meetings and present progress updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multiple business units for status updates and administrative support.
This is a fully onsite role in San Diego, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Controls Specialist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Strong background in cost controls, scheduling, and forecasting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing manufacturing-related projects.
- Supply Chain experience.
