Operations Support Specialist

Position: Operations Support

Location: Pittsburgh (onsite 4x/week, remote flexibility 1x/week)

Duration: 6 Months

PR: $20-$23/hr

Must Haves:

• Bachelors Degree
• Proficient experience in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Financial Services/Banking operations experience
• Must be detail oriented, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be analytical when it comes to resolving issues.

Plusses:

• Familiarity with home loan banking systems

Day to Day:

Insight Global is searching for an Operations Specialist to sit onsite four days a week for our financial services client based in Pittsburgh. This individual will support the centralized operations team with daily operations and will help coordinate special initiatives. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills as you’ll be working with both internal and external partners.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage special projects and initiatives including but not limited to:
• Document reviews
• Procedure formatting
• Records uploading
• Member form audits
• Data collection for internal service level agreements
• Review and validate program data for compliance and quality
• Assist with data creation and reporting in Microsoft Excel
• Develop and format slide decks for internal and external presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Follow organized process flows and procedures across multiple functions
• Prepare electronic files and documents, as needed
• Perform related internal and external research and data analysis, as requested
• Communicate effectively with internal team members
• Support other functions of the department, including administrative tasks included but not limited to:
• Perform document scanning and filing
• Order office supplies and maintain stock
• Support breakroom upkeep, including restocking coffee and supplies
• Assist with access badge issuance

Compensation:

$20/hr to $23/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
