What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Administrator position at Insight Global?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide administrative support for the regional sales operation.
- Screen and respond to inquiries from regional Sales Managers and customers regarding prime equipment sales.
- Provide standard pricebook product information to Sales Managers and customers.
- Enter and submit orders for prime equipment.
- Perform inventory inquiries on prime equipment levels.
- Expedite customer orders.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Sales Managers by:
- Providing updated order availability.
- Sharing delivery information
Day to day:
- Proactively reaching out to customers via phone and email
- Data updating, making sure customers are in the CRM
- Email to customer base in Oklahoma city
- Sales campaign to help generate proactive services
- Quoting customers on parts - helping to finish sale
- Answer incoming phone calls
Compensation:
Starting at $24/hr varies based on experience
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
