Desktop Support Specialist

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Position: Desktop Support Technician

Schedule: 8am-5pm

Site Locations: Terre Haute Indiana, Gibson City Illinois, Remington Indiana - mileage is reimbursed

Rate: 25-30HR

Duration: 6 month contract extensions to hire

Target Start Date: ASAP

Must Haves:

• 3 years of experience with end user device support

· Previous experience working in a plant or warehouse environment

· Hands on experience with troubleshooting Networking equipment/network fiber issues, server rooms, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Apple Mac & IOS

· ServiceNow ticketing system experience

· Experience with the in tune imaging process

· Has a strong background working and understanding Zebra, Rico Printers, Thermal Printers, Label, and SAP printers

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support
• Must have a car and valid drivers license - mileage will be reimbursed

Day to Day:

Our client is looking for a Site Technician to support their Indiana Sites. The reason this resource needs to have a strong background with printers is because within the plant, the printers are used daily for labeling/ printing items for their fragrance and flavor samples.
