ABOUT THIS ROLE:
As an Executive Business Analyst (EBA), you will serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, leveraging advanced technical expertise to solve complex business challenges through data-driven insights and Microsoft technology solutions. This role is execution-focused and designed for a highly analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming data into strategic value. You’ll work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive productivity, inform decision-making, and ensure alignment with high-level business goals
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales executive stakeholders, identifying opportunities to address business challenges with data and technology.
- Clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive sales performance.
- Develop and deliver dashboards and reports in Power BI and/or Tableau, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and executive-level usability.
- Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Provide advanced ad hoc analysis and quick-turn reporting to meet evolving business needs.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline reporting and operational processes
- Lead and facilitate meetings with Sales Executives, collaborating with program managers and business analysts to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Conduct value analysis and impact tracking of data initiatives and reporting efforts.
- Audit business-level requests and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Assess and clearly communicate how new data sources and dashboard enhancements impact business decisions, ensuring stakeholders can effectively leverage insights for informed action.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building advanced data visualizations in Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and other MS tools ( ex. SharePoint, Excel advanced functions)
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to a non-technical audience.
- A strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for driving data-driven sales solutions.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
