Construction Safety Manager
📍 Location: Blythewood, SC | 🏗️ Full-Time: Project through the end of July2026 | 🛡️ Commercial Construction
Compensation: $$45-56/hour (all in rate included)
We’re seeking a Construction Safety Manager with at least 3 years of on-site safety experience supporting commercial projects for a general contractor. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, compliant, and proactive jobsite environment across all phases of construction.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enforce site-specific safety programs and OSHA compliance
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Lead safety meetings and training sessions for field personnel and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
🎯 Qualifications:
- 3 years of construction safety experience (commercial GC experience required)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- OSHA 30 Certification required; CHST or other safety credentials a plus
