Seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to support high‑profile Biotech/Biopharm and Semiconductor projects across the Northeast. Work includes both ground-up construction and complex renovation environments with heavy exposure to FDA-regulated process systems (not traditional HVAC).
Responsibilities
- Support project managers on day‑to‑day operations
- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and documentation
- Assist in developing and managing schedules
- Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors
- Help ensure compliance with FDA and industry standards
- Participate in onsite or periodic travel assignments as needed
Must-Haves
- Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Procore
- Understanding of construction submittal processes
- Ability to assist with project schedules
- Willingness to travel across the Northeast (Projects in Maryland, Rhode Island, New York; typically within 40 min of the Southborough office when local)
- Professional attitude, team orientation, and eagerness to learn
Pluses
- Knowledge of Process Mechanical Systems for BioPharm/Semiconductor
- Materials of construction experience for FDA environments
