Construction Project Manager/Estimator
Pay: $52.00 – $65.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for the oversight and management of multiple commercial construction projects—from bidding and design through warranty and closeout. This role requires a professional who is self-driven, detail-oriented, reliable and thrives in an environment that balances independence with collaboration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead design-build efforts: meet with clients to define program requirements, develop scopes of work, and build project teams.
- Perform conceptual and detailed estimating, as well as competitive hard bids from completed plans.
- Perform project administration, manage budgets, create and update schedules, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Evaluate, select, and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
- Review, interpret, and validate drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Ensure compliance with entitlement, permitting, and building code processes.
- Provide strong communication and leadership with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Travel as needed to job sites and client meetings within the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years’ combined experience in estimating, project management, project engineering, or field supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, materials, and standards.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools: Bluebeam, Procore, Sage, Microsoft Project, Dropbox, Excel, Word.
- City of Boise RP Certification required.
- Pre-engineered metal building experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
