Clinical Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a Clinical Sourcing Manager to support one of the largest academic medical centers in New York. This individual will lead contract and supplier management strategies focused on driving cost savings and avoidance across clinical product spend.

This role may support one or more clinical sourcing categories, including:

• Perioperative / Orthopedic
• Percutaneous
• Non-Procedural
• Capital Equipment
• Med Surg

The ideal candidate is a strong, results-driven leader who can provide clear direction, drive accountability, and partner with key stakeholders to improve overall supply chain performance across the health system.

Hybrid Schedule - Wednesday and Thursday on site in NYC

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and cost avoidance across clinical product categories
• Lead supplier and contract management initiatives, including negotiation of pricing and commercial terms
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain performance
• Leverage data-driven analysis to evaluate total cost of ownership and identify sourcing opportunities
• Manage and execute RFPs and strategic sourcing initiatives
• Apply market knowledge and vendor insights to strengthen supplier strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of strategic sourcing experience
• Experience working with GPOs (e.g., Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust), including contract utilization and management
• 2 years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., PeopleSoft)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with clinical product sourcing or healthcare supply chain
• Knowledge of clinical supply categories and hospital procurement environments

Pay: $63.00 - $68.00 per hour
