Role Overview
We are seeking a Technology Analyst to support custom software implementations and automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of clients and developers, translating business needs into clear technical requirements while supporting solution design, implementation, and delivery.
This position is ideal for someone with early-career experience in technology consulting, software services, or systems implementation who wants exposure across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and enjoys solving real business problems with technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams
- Lead and support requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Support custom software implementations, integrations, and automation projects (including RPA)
- Assist with solution design, data modeling, and system workflows
- Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL, Excel, or analytics tools
- Support automation and data transformation workflows using tools such as Alteryx, Python, or RPA platforms
- Assist with UI/UX collaboration using tools like Figma for workflow and interface design
- Help manage project deliverables, timelines, and communication across teams
- Document processes, technical designs, and implementation outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in technology consulting, software services, systems implementation, or a related role
- Foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with requirements gathering and working with both business and technical stakeholders
- General understanding of software development concepts (APIs, databases, integrations, automation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
