We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect resolution.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, or pharmaceutical domains
- Experience with UAT coordination and testing
