Duration & Compensation
- Type: Permanent
- Salary: $105,000–$130,000 (based on experience)
- Start Date: 60–90 days post-offer (due to state credentialing)
Schedule & Work Model
- Monday–Friday, hybrid: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
- Flexible scheduling with autonomy
- Oversee 5 clinics administrative duties
- Expect to drive between sites and maintain visibility
Role Breakdown
- 60% Administrative Leadership
- 40% Direct Patient Care (2–5 triage visits per week; patients seen once before referral)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 7 Behavioral Health Clinicians and Community Health Navigators
- Conduct performance evaluations, manage hiring/offboarding, and support staff development
- Collaborate with clinic leadership on coverage, templates, and productivity targets
- Monitor team engagement and implement retention strategies
- Drive behavioral health initiatives: ED/hospital transitions, social drivers of health, integrated care innovation
- Partner with leadership on budgets, billing, and sustainable service models
- Maintain a small caseload using brief, evidence-based interventions within the PCBH model
Must-Have Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Psychology
- Active, unrestricted Oregon license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or Licensed Psychologist
- 1 year in leadership or supervisory role
