Service Desk consultant (SAP / ERP experience) - Job Description:
- First‑line ERP incident triage and Level 1/2 support; timely escalation per ITIL/ITSM.
- SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
- Go‑live and test window coverage; monitor ServiceNow queue.
- Coordinate daily with PMO/Integrator on cutover plans, issues, and expectations across phases.
- Ensure end‑user access readiness (accounts, MFA, password resets) and environment health checks.
- Build and maintain ERP knowledge articles, runbooks, FAQs; train the broader Helpdesk.
- Proactive communications to users on outages/known issues and status updates.
- Site support during rollouts (devices, peripherals, printing/scanning tied to ERP processes).
- After‑hours/on‑call participation during key milestones (testing, cutover, stabilization).
- Support general Helpdesk needs between ERP peaks (queue monitoring, warm handoffs).
