This role supports a large, complex, mission-critical environment with significant operational, regulatory, and cybersecurity risk. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in executive-level business discussions and technical deep dives with engineering and operations teams.
Work arrangement: Onsite initially; hybrid once trained and fully ramped.
Schedule: 37 hours/week, day shift.
Duration: Contract through 6/30/2026 (extensions/convert possibility may be available).
Interview: Initial phone screen in-person.
Provide executive and technical leadership across enterprise IT services (applications, infrastructure/cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms/integrations, IT operations, end-user tech).
Serve as senior escalation point for technology issues; drive rapid resolution and operational stability.
Oversee architecture/design through implementation, operations, and modernization.
Lead operational discipline: incident/change/release management, vendor/MSP oversight, cybersecurity risk management.
Build multi-year roadmaps, governance models, service frameworks, and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related (advanced degree preferred).
Executive-level technical leadership (beyond project/portfolio management).
10 years leading technical teams with direct responsibility for systems/platforms/infrastructure.
5 years in senior leadership overseeing enterprise IT functions.
Strong fundamentals in enterprise architecture, infrastructure (on-prem and/or cloud), data platforms/integrations, cybersecurity/operational resilience, and end-to-end IT service delivery.
Deep expertise in at least one domain (cybersecurity, app development/support, data/analytics, IT ops/infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or GRC).
Experience in highly regulated environments and/or modernizing legacy systems while maintaining stability.
