We’re hiring an experienced ETL Developer to build and support data integration workflows for a technology team in a regulated environment. This role focuses on developing and maintaining ETL pipelines, validating requirements with end-users, and owning delivery of project tasks.
Location / Work Setup
Remote (Delaware-based team)
May require occasional onsite meetings in Delaware for larger issues/team collaboration
May include an occasional stakeholder conference (about 1-2x/year)
Schedule / Duration
37 hours/week, day shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Contract through 06/30/2026 (start target: mid-late January 2026)
What You’ll Do
Develop, maintain, and enhance ETL pipelines and data integration processes.
Validate requirements with end-users/stakeholders to confirm expected outputs.
Manage assigned tasks independently (prioritize work, execute, and deliver).
Provide clear status updates and document work performed.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve larger issues.
Required Qualifications
5 years of ETL development experience
IBM DataStage / Cloud Pak experience
Python experience
R experience
Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
