Overview
Our client is seeking an Oracle HCM Recruiting/Core HR Specialist to support global integration needs across Oracle Recruiting (ORC) and Core HR. The ideal consultant will bring strong functional expertise across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite along with a solid technical background. This role will help design, implement, and support end-to-end recruitment and Core HR solutions to align with our client’s business processes and integration roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze recruiting and Core HR requirements.
- Enhance existing configurations and implement new Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functionality for new entities (job requisitions, candidate management, recruiting flows, etc.).
- Support Core HR configuration related to Pending Worker, Onboarding, Hiring, and Security.
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Define and configure recruiting templates, approval hierarchies, and security roles.
- Configure Redwood UX and Recruiting Analytics/OTBI reports to optimize user experience.
- Potentially enable and configure Recruiting Booster capabilities.
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Perform and troubleshoot Extracts, Integrations (OIC), and HDL/HSDL uploads.
- Create functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing production support and knowledge transfer.
- 5 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Recruiting and Oracle Core HR.
- Experience with Journeys, MSS/ESS, and Redwood/VB UX configuration.
- Experience supporting multi-country ORC implementations.
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and data migration.
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and business teams.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certifications (Recruiting/HR, Core HR).
- Proven capability to influence, coach, and advise team members.
- Exposure to AI Agents or next-generation automation tools.
