- Ensure compliance with company standards as well as federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- 8 years in maintenance leadership within copper, mineral processing, or related operations; 5 years in a senior supervisory or management role.
- Strong expertise in process control, automation, and maintenance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in high-pressure, results-driven environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Experience with SAP and MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
