Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and building a strong employee experience within our Whitestown facility. This position partners closely with leadership and employees to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The HR Generalist will help ensure our workforce is aligned with our purpose of protecting people, products, and brands throughout the supply chain while fostering a culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
· Administer onboarding and orientation processes
· Serve as a point of contact for employee relations
· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance
· Assist with benefits administration
· Support leave of absence processes
· Partner with leadership on performance management
· Assist in implementing HR policies and programs
· Maintain HRIS data integrity (ADP Workforce Now)
· Assist with training, safety, and compliance initiatives
· Support culture and engagement efforts
· Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
· 3–6 years of HR experience
· Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
· Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
· Must have experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now)
