What You’ll Do
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, and orientations
- Administer benefits and open enrollment
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Support HR compliance and company policies
- Assist with weekly payroll processing
- Support employee relations, training, and development
- Lead safety initiatives and reporting
- Manage unemployment claims and hearings
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree , required
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, required
- Background in manufacturing, required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
- PHR certification preferred
