Looking for a hands-on accounting opportunity where accuracy and efficiency matter? This temporary role offers approximately 90 days of AP and data entry work. You’ll handle time card data entry, three-way matching, reconciliation, and daily transaction volume in a fully onsite environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Enter time card information accurately
- Process approximately 100-150 invoices per week
- Complete three-way matching
- Perform reconciliation work
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while handling daily volume
What You Bring:
- Accounts payable experience
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Ability to manage daily volume
- Strong attention to detail
- Professionalism and resilience when working with different personalities
This is a 90-day temporary opportunity for someone who works accurately, moves efficiently, and can maintain professionalism in a challenging team environment.
This position is in office, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, in Tipton.
