Now Hiring: Onboarding Consultant – Keep Projects Moving
Are you highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects, and strong in Excel? This long-term contract opportunity puts you at the center of onboarding activities for a growing healthcare organization, coordinating the details that help new employees get ready for their first day.
This position is 100% onsite in Muncie, IN.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate onboarding and pre-hire requirements
- Manage background checks, health assessments, references, I-9s and other paperwork
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the onboarding process
- Track deadlines, start dates and onboarding activities
- Manage information and reports using Excel
- Support onboarding projects across multiple locations
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
- 3 years of project coordination experience, required
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This is an opportunity to take on a highly organized, project-focused role where keeping the details moving is essential to a successful onboarding experience.
Type: Contract. This is expected to go through April or May 2027
Pay: $28-34/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, in Muncie
