Position Summary
Nationwide distributor is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Westport
area corporate office.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing vendor
invoices, maintaining vendor records, preparing payments, reconciling accounts, and
supporting the team with day-to-day financial activities.
The ideal candidate is a team player, organized, has strong oral and written
communication skills, is comfortable working with numbers, able to meet deadlines, and
takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records.
