What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Indoff?
lndoff is a sales company that grows by finding and hiring professional salespeople in
each of our industries. Our in-house recruiting department is on the front end of this
effort, locating, engaging and maintaining relationships with sales professionals and
owners in our industries. The recruiter's job is critical to the short and long-term
success of lndoff. The ideal person for this role has an outgoing personality, is comfortable conversing on the phone, and is confident in their ability to generate interest in a career opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Outreach - Recruiters are expected to contact prospective sales professionals via a text program, phone, and email to explain the benefits and aspects of a sales position with Indoff and send the salesperson more information about the career. A database of prospect names will be provided to the recruiter.
- CRM - Recruiters utilize a CRM program to access their call calendar, input information, and change records to reflect their actions.
- Reporting - A recruiter will keep track of their outreach attempts throughout the day and enter them into a Google Sheet.
- Data collection - Ongoing data collection on the results of personal outreach will be inputted into a Google Sheet and periodically aggregated for reporting.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent hours at a technical school or 4-year college
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to comfortably converse with multiple prospects a day
- Comfortable with taking initiative and a hands-off management style
