Position: IT System Engineer
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT System Engineer to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage server, storage, and network infrastructure
- Support Windows Server environments (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell)
- Administer VMware / Hyper-V environments and ensure performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot system issues and support upgrades, patching, and security
- Assist with backups, disaster recovery, and system reliability
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to maintain uptime
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong Windows Server administration (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell)
- Hands-on VMware or Hyper-V experience
- Solid infrastructure background (servers, compute, storage, networking)
- Experience with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Understanding of basic networking (VPNs, firewalls, segmentation)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- OT environment experience (SCADA, DCS)
- SCCM and automation experience
- Advanced PowerShell scripting
- Exposure to compliance/security frameworks
