Position: Civil Detailer
Compensation: $30 - $35 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Wallingford, Connecticut
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Civil Detailer to join their team!
Join an innovative team focused on underground and submarine cable projects. This onsite role offers the chance to grow into a designer position. Be part of a dynamic environment where your CAD skills and attention to detail will shine.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in planning and preparing detailed drawings
- Collect and combine design data into coherent models
- Apply drafting standards to create control schematics
- Coordinate with engineers to verify project details
- Execute design changes and drawing revisions
- Maintain CAD proficiency and master current systems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED with 4 years detailing experience
- Proficiency in Civil 3D required
- Experience with underground utilities preferred
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with multiple CAD platforms (MicroStation, Revit)
- Ability to manage deliverables independently
- Mentoring skills for less experienced staff
