Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, operations, and finance
- Turn leadership goals into structured programs and execution plans
- Build timelines, accountability, and alignment across teams
- Improve processes and drive operational change
- Work closely with VP-level leadership
- Help launch key company initiatives
- Align engineering, supply chain, and operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong program management skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Executive communication and cross-team leadership
- Process improvement mindset
- Agile experience required
- Ability to bridge business, IT, and operations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in utility protection or asset management
- Experience with engineering and supply chain alignment
