Position: Director of Commercial Credit

Compensation: $120,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review and approve commercial credit requests
• Guide complex credit relationships and loan structuring
• Ensure thorough financial and collateral analysis
• Maintain high standards for credit presentations
• Oversee compliance with regulations and policies
• Coordinate with internal and external audits
• Monitor credit risk metrics and report to leadership
• Lead and develop the commercial credit staff
• Promote communication between teams and leadership
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years in commercial credit and lending
• 5 years of leadership experience in credit administration
• Strong knowledge of credit principles and risk management
• Proficient with commercial loan systems and financial software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience within a credit union environment
• Familiarity with NCUA regulations
• Strong executive and Board-level presentation abilities
