Position: Customer Experience Support Representative

Compensation: $43,000 - $52,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Experience Support Representative to join their team!

This is an excellent direct hire opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, building strong relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role supporting internal and external customers with orders, pricing, product availability, and service requests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide prompt customer support by phone and email
• Process orders, changes, and returns accurately
• Respond to pricing, availability, and order status inquiries
• Enter and update customer information in company systems
• Resolve billing issues and coordinate credits
• Support return authorizations and issue resolution
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of customer service experience in HVAC or Manufacturing background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
• Professional, customer-first approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Associate degree in a business-related field
• Manufacturing or factory experience
• HVAC product knowledge
• Experience supporting large customer accounts
• Background in order processing or data entry
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Other Information:

• Fully onsite schedule, Monday through Friday
• Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Company is located near the airport area
