Food Quality Supervisor
Location: Montgomery, MN

A food manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to support quality, food safety, sanitation, regulatory compliance, and plant-floor operations in a high-volume processing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Supervise production employees and support quality initiatives.
- Review quality records and documentation.
- Conduct audits and assist with corrective actions.
- Investigate quality issues and support continuous improvement.
- Train employees on quality and food safety procedures.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in food, beverage, agricultural, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of GMPs, food safety systems, sanitation, audits, and quality documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing environment.
