Must-Haves
- 2 years in strategic sourcing or commodity management in manufacturing
- Working knowledge of master supply agreements and cost breakdowns
- ERP experience, with SAP preferred
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's in supply chain, business, or equivalent experience
- Open to 20% to 30% travel
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
- Castings, metal fab, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics
- CPIM or CSCP certification
