Must Haves
- 10 years of power plant or similar industrial experience
- Proficiency with CMMS (Maximo) and PeopleSoft
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, outage scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong technical writing and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work physically in plant facilities and travel overnight as needed

The role ensures safe and efficient operations while supporting plant betterment projects, contractor management, and CMMS administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute scheduled and preventive maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Evaluate equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with root cause analysis to prevent repeat failures.
- Oversee outages, including contractor supervision, QA/QC compliance, and post-outage reporting.
- Utilize CMMS (Maximo) to schedule work orders, maintain inventory, and track maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support for plant and process improvements and coordinate with Corporate Engineering.
- Assist in annual maintenance budget development and cost tracking.
- Manage service contracts, request for proposals, vendor evaluations, and contract compliance.
- Supervise maintenance personnel in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain and update equipment databases, reports, and work packages.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to maintenance staff.
- Proven experience in plant maintenance planning, outage coordination, and vendor management
- Hands-on experience with Maximo, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
