Must-Haves
- 5 years of strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing
- Strong background sourcing heavy mobile equipment commodities such as castings, fabricated metal, hydraulics, or drivetrain
- Working knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown analysis
- Proven negotiation skills and a strong grasp of cost structures and timelines
- BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Open to 20% to 30% travel
- Must be local to Milwaukee. No relocation or visa sponsorship available.
- APICS certification
- Experience with engines or plastics commodities
- New product development sourcing experience

What You'll Do
- Build and drive category and supplier strategies for your commodity space
- Lead negotiations and execute master supplier agreements
- Drive cost reduction through supplier consolidation and spend analysis
- Lead supplier selection for current products and new product development
- Partner with the Director of Sourcing and cross-functional teams
- Mentor and train newer sourcing team members
