- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Materials Planning or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP/ERP) systems

- Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring safety stock accuracy and timely build-out
- Release and expedite orders to meet production schedules while maintaining proper inventory levels
- Plan and coordinate the introduction of new parts and phase-out of old parts based on inventory and production priorities
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between shipments and orders, maintaining constant communication with suppliers
- Conduct cycle counts and manage perpetual inventory to ensure accuracy
- Oversee procurement of materials and parts to guarantee timely delivery
- Maintain ERP system accuracy related to inventory, production planning, and order fulfillment
- Identify causes of discrepancies and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
- Monitor slow-moving inventory and make recommendations for review or disposition
- Support receiving and storage of raw materials across the plant
- Provide oversight for inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control
- Adjust orders as needed to align with production demands
- Track inventory goals and metrics to drive high inventory turnover
- Follow and enforce company safety rules and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) preferred
