We’re looking for a driven Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer to join our team and help optimize operations through data-driven problem-solving and Lean manufacturing practices. In this role, you’ll be a key player in enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product quality across our business processes.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product quality across our business processes.
What You’ll Do
- Identify Opportunities: Analyze business and manufacturing processes to uncover inefficiencies and improvement areas using Lean and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
- Lead Problem Solving: Apply and coach disciplined problem-solving approaches, including 8D and 5 Whys, to drive root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
- Train & Coach: Deliver training and mentorship to team members on problem-solving tools and Lean principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor & Measure: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate improvement efforts and pinpoint further optimization opportunities.
- Drive Projects: Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely results.
- Document Processes: Maintain clear, accurate documentation of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support ongoing improvement efforts.
- Analyze Data: Collect and interpret data to guide decision-making and process optimization efforts.
- Conduct Kaizen Events: Plan and facilitate Kaizen events focused on operational excellence and closing performance gaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar environment with strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and statistical process control techniques.
- Experience leading process improvement projects and mentoring others in Lean methodologies.
