About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Audit Accountant to lead audits, reviews, and assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys mentoring junior staff, managing projects from planning through completion, and building trusted relationships with clients.
As a Senior, you’ll serve as the day-to-day engagement leader — supervising staff, reviewing workpapers, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple audit and assurance engagements.
- Supervise and train staff accountants; review their work for accuracy and completeness.
- Plan, budget, and oversee fieldwork to ensure projects meet deadlines and standards.
- Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Identify and communicate audit findings or control issues to management.
- Draft management letters and client correspondence for review.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent service.
- Participate in staff development, firm training, and internal initiatives.
