The Position:
A leading national law firm is seeking an accomplished Antitrust Partner to join its highly regarded practice in Washington, DC. This is an outstanding opportunity for an established antitrust practitioner to play a strategic role in the continued growth of a nationally recognized platform, advising public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and multinational clients on complex U.S. and cross-border competition matters.
Requirements:
- Significant experience advising clients on complex U.S. antitrust and competition law matters.
- Strong background in antitrust investigations, government enforcement actions, and competition-related litigation.
- Experience providing strategic antitrust counseling, compliance advice, and risk assessments in connection with commercial transactions and business practices.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission and good standing, or eligibility for admission in Washington, DC.
