The Position:
A leading national law firm is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Partner to join its highly regarded Real Estate Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for an established practitioner to play a key role in the continued growth of a market-leading real estate platform while advising an impressive roster of institutional investors, developers, lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients on sophisticated commercial real estate matters in Miami.
Requirements:
- Significant experience advising clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate finance.
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex real estate documentation, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property management agreements.
- Experience advising on a broad range of asset classes, including mixed-use, office, multifamily, retail, hotel, and resort properties.
- Active bar admission for Florida, or eligibility to obtain admission in the office of hire.
