LPN Support Specialist

We are seeking an outgoing LPN Support Specialist to support clients and caregivers in the Pierre area, ensuring quality in-home care and smooth operations.

• Support caregivers with training, resources, and mentorship while maintaining high care standards.
• Coordinate caregiver-client schedules for optimal compatibility and satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on support during emergencies, conduct supervisory visits, and perform limited nursing duties.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as care plan updates, record-keeping, and installing emergency systems.
• Support human resources activities including hiring and onboarding caregivers.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners to foster trust.
• Participate in rotating on-call support and travel to support clients in nearby areas.
  
  

Requirements include an active LPN license, 2 years caregiving or CNA experience (preferred), 1 year healthcare admin experience (preferred), and reliable transportation.
