LPN Support Specialist

We are seeking an outgoing and organized LPN Support Specialist to support clients and caregivers in the Pierre area.

• Provide training, resources, and mentorship to caregivers while ensuring high-quality client care.
• Coordinate caregiver-client schedules for optimal compatibility.
• Fill shifts in emergencies, conduct supervisory visits, and assist with small nursing tasks.
• Support administrative duties such as care plan updates and record maintenance.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing caregiver mentorship.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel occasionally to support nearby locations.
