LPN Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated LPN Support Specialist to support clients and caregivers in the Pierre area.

• Support caregivers and clients through training, resources, and mentorship to ensure high-quality in-home care.
• Coordinate caregiver-client schedules, matching based on preferences and needs.
• Provide hands-on support by filling shifts, conducting supervisory visits, and assisting with small nursing tasks.
• Assist with administrative duties such as care plan updates, record keeping, and installing emergency systems.
• Support HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and caregiver mentorship.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners to foster trust.
• Participate in on-call support rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel.
  
  

Requirements include an active LPN license, 2 years caregiving or CNA experience (preferred), 1 year healthcare admin experience (preferred), strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, reliable transportation, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
