- Support caregivers and clients with training, resources, and mentorship to ensure high-quality in-home care.
- Coordinate caregiver-client schedules for optimal compatibility and satisfaction.
- Provide hands-on support by filling shifts, conducting supervisory visits, and assisting with small nursing duties.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating care plans, reviewing notes, and maintaining records.
- Support human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.
- Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners to foster trust.
- Participate in rotating on-call support and travel to support clients in neighboring areas as needed.
