- Provide training, resources, and mentorship to caregivers while ensuring high-quality in-home care.
- Coordinate caregiver-client schedules for optimal compatibility.
- Fill shifts during emergencies, conduct supervisory visits, and perform limited nursing support.
- Assist with administrative tasks like care plan updates and record maintenance.
- Support human resources activities including hiring and onboarding.
- Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- Participate in rotating on-call duties and travel as needed to nearby locations.
