Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products/services, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Design and manage launch plans, including timelines, channel strategies, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Create and deliver sales enablement materials (training decks, pitch content, collateral) to support the sales team.
- Monitor GTM execution, gather feedback, and continuously optimize strategies.
- Prepare regular post-launch reviews and performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or product management, with proven GTM experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C go-to-market processes.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
