1. Job Title
Field Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador
2. Work Location
Nationwide in the United States (covering core cities and key regions across all states, including but not limited to California, Texas, New York, Florida, etc.)
3. Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for offline promotion of Vape products in designated regions of the US, including store visits, product introductions, trial experience guidance, etc., to improve product entry rate and stocking volume.
- Develop and maintain local retail channels such as e-cigarette specialty stores, convenience stores, and supermarkets, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and expand the sales network.
- Execute brand promotion activities, including posting promotional materials, arranging displays, participating in offline promotions and exhibitions, etc., to enhance the brand's local popularity and exposure.
- Collect regional market feedback, competitor dynamics and consumer needs, regularly output reports, and provide basis for the company's product optimization and strategy adjustment.
- Complete the sales targets set by the company, track product sales data, timely solve problems in channel cooperation, and ensure smooth product sales.
- Cooperate with the team to complete cross-regional joint promotion activities and jointly increase the brand's market share across the US.
4. Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old, hold a legal US residency status or valid work visa, and be able to work in the US for a long time.
- Possess fluent English communication skills, which can be used as a working language for barrier-free communication with local customers. Those with local living or working experience in the US are preferred.
- Hold a valid US driver's license with a good driving record in the past 3 years, own a private car, and be able to meet the needs of cross-regional store visits and business trips.
- Experience in sales, field promotion or FMCG promotion is preferred. Those who understand the e-cigarette industry and related products (disposable pods, pod systems, etc.) will be given extra points.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, strong pressure resistance, and be able to independently complete regional promotion and sales tasks.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, good at exploring customer needs, and adaptable to flexible working hours and field work mode.
- High school diploma or above, bachelor's degree or above is preferred, with basic office software operation skills.
