We’re looking for a skilled barista who builds genuine connections, brings uplifting energy, ensures consistency in every cup, and takes pride in elevating their craft.
About the Role
As a BA Barista, you’ll be part of our front-of-house team — taking orders, crafting drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll uphold the quality, precision, and warmth that define BA.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience in a high-volume, specialty coffee environment
- Proficiency in dialing-in espresso, latte art, milk texturing, and alternative brewing methods
- Strong communication skills and comfort working collaboratively during peak hours
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast
- Valid Washington State Food Handler Card
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (milk crates, coffee bags)
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
