Barista

As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of our business, ensuring every customer walks away with a smile and a delicious beverage in hand. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking accurate orders.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and equipment.
• Handling cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of barista experience—you know your way around an espresso machine and can whip up a latte like a pro.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
